Machine Shop Project Showcase - Meshtastic

The past week here at M5, the machine shop has been getting busy. Leon has been coming in to complete the weatherproof enclosure for his Meshtastic project. Here is what he has to say:

These are Meshtastic nodes. Meshtastic is a mesh radio protocol using LoRa radio packets to allow off-grid text communication on the 915MHz ISM band. You can see that the metal casing. the board, battery, antenna, and a temperature sensor, which can be used as a remote sensor. Learn more at https://meshtastic.org
