More satellite imagery from the M5 open house
This past Saturday, we hosted an open house at M5, where a ton of student projects were presented. During the event, our target satellite for the imaging project happened to be passing over the eastern part of New York or so, so we went out and picked up more pictures of the US!

As compared to the last time we went out and picked up these pictures, we managed to get a strong signal from the satellite for a much longer period of time. Due to this, you can see as far north as the Hudson Bay in Canada. During the flyover, we kept the antenna pointed at the satellites rough location and got some extremely clear reception off the antenna.
Hopefully we’ll be automating this setup soon, so we’ll have pictures from every flyover in the near future.
