Snow can never stop the Synths

Even though we were caught off guard by the sudden snow last Saturday, there was nothing stopping us from holding our seventh Synth Meetup at M5! It was a great turnout with many familiar faces and even some new ones that all showed their love and passion for the art of synthesizers. There was a lot of diversity in the different sounds and machines that were presented. Ranging from a rare second generation Nord synthesizer keyboard, to a magnetic theremin, and even a computer specifically built for creating art!

All that I can say for sure is that after 20 or so Biscoff’s and a seltzer water, I was more than happy to have sat down and been able to hear the love for the engineering behind these sound machines. I hope the same was for all that attended and that you all had as equally of a good time as a lot of us returners. And to those who missed out, that’s okay! There will be many more Synth Meetups in the foreseeable future, and we’ll make sure to keep you all updated when it approaches!

Stay warm and go Pats!
